Types of Participants
Incubator Resident Participants
- Non-equity incubator businesses that reside in the facility and participate in incubator support programs.
- Resident incubator businesses in which RIT holds an equity position that participate in incubator support programs.
- Individuals investigating the possibility of starting their own business (max: 15% of net space).
Incubator Non-Resident Participants (Affiliates)
- Graduate resident incubator businesses.
- Individuals considering the possibility of starting their own business and participating in incubator support programs.
- Equity investments in high tech businesses that participate in incubator support programs, but do not require use of the building facilities.
Incubator Residents (Affiliates)
- Non-equity incubator businesses that do not participate in incubator support programs.
- Businesses that are established and desire to have expanded relationships with existing RIT programs and/or HTI clients.
